it didn't win supporting actor but won everything else

His acting was great. He barely spoke so when he did, it had more impact. He'd either say something funny or very sad. They were both victims of people with more power and money than them.

This movie had zero big names in it. They were all relatively unknown actors and the budget was low. By all metrics the movie was a success and this means these actors are guaranteed more opportunities going forward. The Oscar's are an industry award, so the people who can hire them for projects are all in the room seeing that the higher ups in the industry approve of the work these people did.

It's a good movie. It's on Hulu. Mikey is great in it. She also is naked for the like the first 30 minutes. Those are all reasons why this thread is on the first page

Sounds like you don't get out much. A lot of city girls look and sound just like her.
