While New York is probably a better defensive team, I disagree, mainly because of how the Knicks approach offense. Brunson might find himself in hell.

Minnesota is a flawed team. Conley is washed. There bigs clog the paint so when Ant drives he's facing 3 defenders at the rim.
This is chess by OKC cuz Ant was making the right plays. That's why the bench production was good. But the internet and talking heads gonna say how bad Ant was and only took 14 shots. Game 5 Ant gonna be reckless aggressive and that's what OKC is gonna anticipate and he'll have a bad performance and it'll be a blowout.
Randle was way worse. He was a bull in a China shop

That dudes consistency is wild. No matter if he takes 35 shots or 15 shots, 15 FTs or 4 FTs, blowout or buzzer beater win, he’s almost always ending up just above 30
What's funny is MIN had these same flaws last year that we ripped them for vs DAL.
Geriatric point guard; volatile power forward; dubious offense; too much Rudy, not enough Naz;

Which might mean Ant is stuck with this "core" unless they can acquire a geriatric KD or Jrue, or whatever value Randle and his player option is worth
NAW is a FA and gonna get paid.
I'd agree with that if Ant only took 13 shots but had 15 assists. I think OKC was great defensively but he just didn't have a good night.

Ant would kick out the pass and then Minnesota would swing the ball around and find the open shooter.
