Thunder defense is a monster

And as we seeing these playoffs, teams don't know what to do when the three ain't fallin....so why not jack even more of them :francis:

Yea, Julius Randle going 5/6 from 3 in the first half is why the game was as competitive as it was early. And that was off of several days rest.

Collectively MIN will have a hot shooting performance from 3 at some point, maybe even in game 2, but I dunno if that offense they run can generate enough good shots to win them 4 games.

We'll see how Minny looks playing against a balanced team for once.

None of this playing against the Lakers with a 40-year-old wing as a defensive anchor because they don't have a frontcourt, and none of this playing against the Warriors without their best player (who'd otherwise be stuck in the lottery) also too without a frontcourt.

Man stfu.

@Gil Scott-Heroin

Ol flaug'n ass nikka.

Rhe warriors would be fukk'n the buffalo bills of the nba. If not for the stoopidest trade in nba history.

To trade away the most pedigreed backcourt in nba history and jag a sscond four peat.

You only get to try to talk ahit about rhe warriors. All from a trade and injuries.

So stfu and stop the cap.

Oh and if you lauced't. Imma expose you and anybdy else in fhis forum definitively.

We probably take it for granted, but in the future we will look at what this okc team did this season and be like :wow:

To be that young, yet sustain consistency to win damn near 70 games is incredible. Usually a young team will go through a 4 or 5 game losing streak out of mere lapse in interest.

It is gonna be difficult to win 4 out of 7 against this team. What's really scary is they still have flexibility and draft capital.

Yea, for all the legend killer stuff they’re anointing Ant with, Jokic’s rising placement in all time rankings, and how gassed NYK will be by media if they make the Finals… OKC winning it all would age like fine wine.

Especially with the backdrop of them getting it done in an era of prime Jokic, Giannis, Luka, and twilight of LeBron, Curry, Durant, Kawhi, Harden, Butler… with the narrative that OKC wouldn’t have the experience or mental toughness to rise above that bunch when it counts.

Honestly, give last year’s OKC team Hartenstein and Caruso, they likely beat Dallas in 6.
OKC is so tough, especially at home. They’ve got a good team - SGA gets a super friendly whistle and the defense is allowed to be very aggressive on the other end. Hard to beat

They're basically if the '04 Pistons had drafted Wade (instead of Darko) and still acquired Rasheed mid-season.

I think Chet and IHart are as good or better a tandem as Sheed/Ben were (Sheed being the most talented of the 4 but also the most volatile, Ben being the most decorated defensively but also the shortest and by far biggest liability on offense).

Caruso and Cason Wallace are basically a much better version of the Mike James and Lindsey Hunter tandem. And then whatever you want to make defensively of Tay and Chauncey compared to Dort and JDubb.

And people forget, before Shai, before Harden... prime Dwyane Wade was known as D-Whistle, terrozing teams with parades to the charity stripe.

60 percent of our offense was in the paint and you in here crying about fts and fouls :dead:

You move like a cracker. We literally watched the game. We watched your Canadian fakkit fall to the ground after each and every one of those drives. It didn’t just not happen because the Thunder won. IDGAF about sports like that anymore, but yall nikkas gotta be honest with yourself. I can admit Ant been overrated since his third year but nikkas like you get rock hard seeing SGA flop. It’s crazy
