Blown out of proportions? Dude lost legit 8-4, tried to fight fans, threw down the belts, walked out of the ring, came back and stole usyks moment by blabbering a bunch of nonsense then left the ring all angrily again. Dude embarrassed himself worst post fight than he did during the fight.

All these is pretty mild compared to what boxers have done after losing. We've seen boxers punch the ref, punch the opponent after the fight, run out of the ring, or even outright claim they won the fight and that gloves were loaded.

I knew this dude wasn't top of the food chain status when he got knocked out by Ruiz.
The main requirement for being a top-tier, Hall of Fame boxer is a strong jaw. I don't care how good your skills, punching power, quickness, etc. are because at the end of the day you're going to get hit and you're going to get into fights that are going to push you when you get checked. Every single fighter has taken a big hit in their career.
It don't matter if you can box circles around somebody because when you get knocked out you're not landing anymore punches or scoring any more points that fight. If you can't absorb the damage and get your senses back during the fight then someone of similar skills who can take the shot will probably best you nearly every time.
Additionally on some "A bird in hand is worth two in the bushes": dude should have taken that Wilder fight when it was there. That's why promoters need to put together the biggest fights they can while the hype is there not where it can "potentially be after some build up."
