Honestly, weed and fapping might help..,

But basically go to a doctor. I started having them when I started I taking a lot of caffeine and didn't know why (especially if I mixed with alcohol).

Basically, you got to find out what you're doing that's causing it and stop doing it.

Exercising does help though. Sometimes I get mild ones before or after I workout because of whatever preworkout I took. You just got to remember to calm down, breathe and it will pass

Got to first acknowledge the reason for your anxiety. Are you afraid of public speaking OR afraid of fawking up OR afraid of criticism etc
Then proceed to address your fear by adding proper perspective to your situation so that you could prove to yourself that 99% of worries we have are self inflicted worst case scenarios we conjure up

Full-on attack you need to stop whatever you're doing and breathe. Just breathe for two-five minutes to slow down the adrenaline rush you'd be feeling due to the anxiety. Recall a happy memory and just breathe and remind yourself of any of your latest accomplishments, no matter how small they may seem.

they are the absolute worst breh.. suffered from it for about 1.5 years. I couldnt do shyt anymore to be honest, because I was so afraid of getting a panic attack so I just stopped doing things.. it can hurt you in so many ways

i havent gotten one in like 8-9 months now, I think and I can pretty much do everything like I used to do. Sometimes I think about getting one but it doesnt happen

anyway, I dont know how I overcame it. it was just hard work and i slowly pushed myself into doing the things I was afraid to do.

it can go away breh so keep ya head up. it started happening from nowhere for me, i didnt even realize it was a panic attack until i read up on it. now that I think about it, a youtube video about it helped.. some dude tried to explain panic attacks and basically said that you dont have to worry about them and said that you have to push yourself through doing the things that triggers the attacks and then embrace it.. he compared it to a scary movie and said if someone offered you money not to get scared from a scary movie what would you do? And then said he would watch that movie 20 times just so he won't get scared by it anymore and that you have to treat panic attacks the same way. let it happen. it will go over and then when you've had them enough you'll see that its nothing to be scared of.

i hope that helps :manny:

stay strong

Everything people are saying SOUNDS nice in theory. and in practice if you aren't having full blown panic attacks, but if you are, I say talk with a shrink or a doctor.

I had them for 2 yrs around 05-07 and it basically fukked my life up. Don't let it last longer than it has too. Find out the causes. and don't let anyone brush you off.

You should see a therapist. If you don't want to pay/deal with that, look up deep breathing exercises and try to do them every day, multiple times a day.

I have terrible anxiety too. Talk to a doctor and get on klonopin. It changed my life. No more anxiety attacks.

The shyt's addictive though, so be warned. I figure being addicted to a drug is better than constant anxiety and anxiety attacks though.

I couldn't take it either and decided to give prescription a try, docs hooked me up with celexa and now its starting to work. I'm not planning to be on it for more than 6 months.

Anxiety is usually linked with fear...

find out what you are afraid of.

Deeply religious people do not suffer from anxiety or depression as much when compared to the non-religious folks.

You may want to pick up a hobby or religion.
