He eventually moved to another state on an unrelated matter. He documented everything though.

I thought about confronting the nikka myself, but dude is psychotic and blames her for "ruining his life" even though they never met and only interacted for a brief period. He might take any male intervention as leaving him no choice but to do something crazy.
So far her strategy has been to wait it out, take her precautions and just not feed into it all until hopefully it dies down or he finds some other women to occupy his time.

No. He just literally wouldn’t let go. I broke up with him because HE cheated. But he felt like since he said sorry, that it was supposed to be all good and I was supposed to stay with him
He kept popping up to my house. Calling me telling me he needed to come get his (minuscule) stuff from my house. “Yea I think I left my brush over there, can I come get it”. Bruh

Yeah I think your situation is different. Your dude was not violent/threatening. This other nikka apparently has a violent history and does drugs.

Met a brawd qt a 21 and up spot that ended up being 17. I found out because when I talked to her she wanted to meet me at an extra young spot so I asked "how old are u for real?". "17" she says. I stopped talking to her immediately but unfortunately I had told her where I work. After not answering her calls she started calling my job and telling them I sell crack and was trying to givie her weed and pills. I called her on some bytch u crazy shyt and she told me if I didn't give her $500 she was gonna call my job everyday
. I went to the police station of the city where the bar was and told a cop the story and the fat CAC laughed at me and told me not to mess with underage girls. I guess he missed the part where I met the bytch at a 21 and up spot in his fukkin city. I got real nervous but a friend said to go to the Cleveland police department and tell them( the other city was a suburban called cleveland heights). I made a report and they actually listened to what I told them. A detective called that bytch the next day and said if she call me again he's going to have to put out a restraining order and bring her parents in. The detective even started laughing and said "I had her scared she denied even knowing you, I guess she just crazy" . I was never the type to go to police but now I know there are times where you just gotta put that shyt on paper and let them nikkaz know

I had a nikka follow me recently, but nothing besides that.
I did have a roommate once, a white girl, and her stalker actually drove up from her hometown. shyt was like 3hrs. I suspect she did something foul to him cuz she was that kinda bytch. I didn't care, except for the fact that he was standing outside my damn window yelling. For, like, a LOOOONG time. I told her to go talk to him. She did. This nikka sang a song.
fukkin white people, b.So I leaned out that window and read his ass for FILTH. Called him all kinda ho- ass bytches, threatened to get some real nikkas to jump him... you know, just regular stuff.
He went away. I don't count that as a real situation, I probably coulda busted his ass myself, frail as I am, although she did show me some alleged scars from him (which I did not and do not believe). 
I've dealt with a stalker.
I dated a guy back in 2012. He should have realized he would be a problem because as soon as our relationship turned physical he became extremely possessive and started making threats.
I ended up telling my Mom about him and she ran a background check. Turns out he had been to prison for aggravated assault and kidnapping. Once I found this out I tried to break it off but he wasn't having it.
He was randomly popping up at my job. He would park next door and walk over and just stand at the back of the store. He would be outside of my apartment. He tried to hit me with his car twice. He was calling my phone nonstop. I tried blocking his number but he would just call from other numbers.
Dude was crazy.....
The last time I saw him he had somehow obtained a job at the company that I currently work for (a year ago). Luckily, they fired him soon after because he threatened someone else and they found out about his background.
If she is in Brooklyn Nyc I can refer to a self defense place. a good one.
