I just sent my application in for a surgical tech and i got 1 more application to finish. The program coordinator told me the starting salary in NYC is about 70k. not bad for a 15-24 month program. plus im in to human anatomy. I watch hip replacement surgery videos when im bored

What's the most horrific shyt you've seen in the operating room?

we the heart of the hospital but we not in the OR….. with that said I was always up in the OR ….. I done seen mad shyt …..cats shot in the face , car accidents but the only shyt that always fukked with me was seeing babies in the OR on the beds

I have no degrees just a GED (not bragging). But you can pull in over 100k with just a year experience… trust

You can self teach yourself or go to school

This field is always hiring man

I'm in Maryland and the average salary for a sterile processing technician is $40,500 per year.. I always thought sterile tech was entry level for surgical tech.. I follow a couple YouTubers who are surgical tech and they made a killing traveling during the pandemic.
