Anybody Ever Get a Camera Traffic Ticket?

Tow it? Hopefully not after one. We don't got that shyt in Cincy I dont think. That shyt wouldn't fly here. But what the cops do have are cameras on their cars that identify license plates of parked vehicles while they're driving down the road. They come across a car that ain't paid off like 3 or more tickets, and yo shyt is getting snatched.

I pay my tickets the day after now, nikkas. Not goin out like that.

Breh, they will tow your shyt. Its treated just like any other traffic tickets, of course they not going to come tow it if you just got one, shyt you gonnna need alot of them before they come after. Alot of times the city dont come after you until you owe a certain dolllar amount to them and then your flagged and they seek you out.

Best believe if you got like 10 of these bytches they will tow your shyt if they find it.

The City doesnt operate those cameras breh
They use a separate private company to set up those cameras,this way its easier for them to dodge lawsuits and such
U dont even pay the city directly when u get one of them bytches
They just gonna sit back and wait for u at registration renewal
1 ticket,2 or 20 it doesnt matter..u gonna have to pay for all of them upfront before they renew it

I fukking hate those cameras, and the areas that use them even more. It's a bullshyt money grab. They had to install cameras to watch the cameras in Maryland because so many people were trying to vandalize the speed cameras.

I got 4 of them b*tches in 2 weeks. drivin my b*tches ride. it had a picture of me and sent it to her askin to send in her information. smh. it said do not contact the court on the back. that's when I knew it was some bullshyt. turns out it's all just a scam. they try and trick you into turning yourself in. most people think they're gonna get in trouble and just pay that shyt. those camera companies are losing a lot of money cause most people caught on to their shyt. a lot of em are getting shut down. I didn't pay none of em and nothing happened at all.

I've only got one and it wasn't even me driving. The company CEO and me were on a business trip and I got the rental in my name. He was driving and ran a red light. Since my name was on the rental they sent the shyt to me. He gave me the money to pay off the ticket but now I wish I would've just kept his money and then fought the shyt. At the time though I had a DWI on the record so if I didn't pay it off my shyt was gone get suspended again so I said fukk it and took care of it.

It's not a citation because they don't have any authority. But how is that not extortion? "Give us money or we're calling the cops."

That's why they don't want you contacting the court because they're the illegal ones.

They want $158 for this joint. My wife basically rolled a red light and made a right hand turn. I'm a man of principle and I'd rather fight the bigger issue than pay the small fine.

I hate car insurance too because they want that premium no questions asked but you get into an accident and they try their hardest to not live up to their end of the bargain.

Its simple..when u get one,u have 30-90 days or something to fight it or pay 75$
Do nothing and it goes up to 100$ and its basically admission of guilt.
They wont renew your registration til u pay that 100$ and they will keep sending u letters to remind u bout this shyt

The only reason why I pay everything as soon as it comes because there was a time when I let em accumulate, and that's where my fear of towing comes from.

3. The driver has definitely committed a traffic infraction. My ticket had a before and after picture. That will stand up in court any day. You could tell your girlfriend to pay it.
4. I don't know how you can appeal the citation. Contact the court in the jurisdiction where the traffic infraction incured. You would have to prove that you weren't the driver. Citations get sent to the registered owner of a vehicle so it would reasonable to say that someone else was driving your vehicle at the time. I think you would have to jump through some hoops.

2. It's definitely NOT a citation. It says right on there.

3. It's my WIFE, not GF. But I've been researching. It might not hold up in court. There is no witness to corroborate the video evidence which may be flawed. They would need someone from the camera's company to testify and the company is based out of state.

4. Again, it's NOT a citation and no court is involved. It specifically says DON'T contact the court and there is no court address on it.


'Preciate you, though. Honestly I do. But what you're talking about and what I'm dealing with is 2 different things. This has nothing to do with the court, city or county. This is a 3rd party company from outta state trying to extort me.
