Above the fray.
a friend of mine was just rushed to the emergency room with tightness in his chest. He's 40. They hooked him up to an EKG machine and said it was a false alarm this time, but that they can tell he's had several small heart attacks before. He was so surprised because he's said he's never felt anything before :ohhh:

So now I'm over here on some Fred Sanford shyt, thinking the big one is coming for me. On Web MD, trying to self diagnose, scaring myself half to death :mjcry:

Anybody ever have problems with their cardiac system? How did you guys remedy it? I don't wanna die brehs...:mjcry:
Update?

I’ve started working out consistently. Swimming and weight training 3 times a week while walking a minimum of 15 miles a week. Upped my vegetable and water intake and started getting heavier off into supplementation. Never felt better. And the homie is good. Just was on the phone about six hours ago planning a play for that Canelo/Jacobs fight. I still have my weaknesses. I’ll never give up meat or potato chips. That’s my addiction right there :to: But I’m better off now than before. Much better.I’ll take it :manny:

No, but a lot of people talking about exercise, but it’s really about what you eat. Which is the challenge for most people.

Keep your blood work up to date yearly, or more and eat as clean as possible.
