If she is as good as you say she is, it may hurt her pride but she will appreciate the truth from you. Chances are she is having doubts about u and may even feel like she's settling but is willing to go thru the motions if ur willing. People do this sometimes.

You gain absolutely nothing by rushing into a marriage with this much doubt in your heart and ur not doing her any favors either by settling on her. Settling isn't something u can hide. When u settle on someone resentment can creep in and affect how u act towards somebody. You don't want to end up being intentionally cruel to her just because she isn't what u necessarily wanted.

There is nothing wrong with figuring out what u want. When u know with certainty, you will have a longer-lasting relationship.
