Thinking about it, but I hit the gym 4-5 times a week. I think I may just start getting blood work more often, like every 3 months just to make sure everything is functioning as it should before I go down a TRT or any other body supplement.

Nervous about hoping on TRT, because I heard you stop producing it naturally when you do. Which is a strange catch-22.

Are there any natural supplements to increase testosterone assuming you got the weights, sleep, and water down?

Has anybody tried a large amount of natural supplements and been good?

You don’t know what you’re doing in the gym with these numbers, for the length of time you’ve been training. Humble yourself and ask for help, whether it’s programming or proper form, don’t let your ego stop you from improving.

I've made it far in life without lifting 200-400 pounds just fine. I'm not "training" I'm just not trying to be sitting around all day doing nothing

Once you start you can’t get off, especially over 40.


This is why I personally wouldn't do it. I'd have to read some peer reviewed literature for 1) what happens when you stay on it for life as well as 2) what happens when you decide to stop after long term usage. You're playing with long term hormone usage
