OK I will give yall some perspective of someone who has been on TRT for over a year. I am 48 so I am
Long story short, I knew something was off with me since about 25, sleep issues, longer recovery times working out, lack of motivation, at 40 my libido stopped dead in its tracks. After tons of research I figured I might have low testosterone. Had it tested and it came back yes I did, I was sub 240 . However the testing also showed I had an issue with my pituitary gland. I had an MRI and it showed that I previously had a tumor that went away but jacked up my pituitary gland. So I was placed on TRT. I high suggest that any man get tested. If you are under 500 go to a mens clinic and get on it. Its about $100 a month
So the benefits:
Physical: I have much lower recovery times working out so I can work out harder and recover faster. Libido is back to like it was when I was 18, I terrorize the wife now. I dropped 30 lbs as well.
Mentally: This is something ya'll ain't talking about and what is really important. Mentally I feel so much more alert and sharp. I am also much more decisive and aggressive, but not in a bad or violent way. Much more assertive as well. Confidence has sky rocketed, when I walk into a room I own that room. I had major sleep issues and now I sleep much better and when I wake up in the morning I am ready to go right out of bed. To me, the mental aspect of TRT is the most important
Drawbacks:
Your balls will shrink. Yep, they will shrink unless you take HCG to prevent that. Kids, you most likely won't have kids on TRT. At 48 I am not trying to have kids so I am

the wife with reckless abandon. Again HCG will help you have kids if that is your goal.
Do your research and make sure you understand it. I have told all of my peers about it and 3 of them have started it. One stopped due to acne, but the others have stay with it and swear by it. Again if you are sub 500, do it. Sadly men of our era have much lower testosterone levels than our grandfathers. I try to keep min in the 900 to 1000 range. Any questions just ask.
