As a woman. Men need resistance training to maintain bone strength as we age. Also, our T levels plummet after our 40s whereas a woman's relatively increases. We need to work out, calisthenics at the minimum, to maintain mental and hormonal balance.You literally just need 15 minutes of cardio a day and you good.
Cardio alone cannot achieve that because its extremely easy to plateau when you focus entirely on cardio. And you increase your cortisol levels plus injury risk.

If you stop lifting you’d just be flabby n sick man with a normal amount of testosterone.
