You literally just need 15 minutes of cardio a day and you good.
As a woman. Men need resistance training to maintain bone strength as we age. Also, our T levels plummet after our 40s whereas a woman's relatively increases. We need to work out, calisthenics at the minimum, to maintain mental and hormonal balance.

Cardio alone cannot achieve that because its extremely easy to plateau when you focus entirely on cardio. And you increase your cortisol levels plus injury risk.

what?

i agree once you hit 10 years of steady going to the gym the benefits decrease but its differently not a waste. Will it solve all your problems no, but its differently beneficial, especially the cardio.

I be seeing old white men jogging, skin and bones. I ain't tryna be that.

As far as TRT, I definitely put some thought into it. I'm not sure what's the best age to start, maybe 45? And what about the ball shrinkage and cancer that feeds of testosterone?
