The advice so far about talking to a physician is the best one, and take note of what The Fade has written.So I've been eating a lot more protein on average the last 5 or so years in general when I was trying to get in shape. (I used to be pretty weak compared to others, and muscle-less. Not sure if it's related). These sleep issues slowly started around that time.
It's ramped up these past few months, as I'm trying to bulk - so I'm eating even more protein. Trying to get at least 170-180g. I've also been back on protein powder fhe last few months.
So maybe my body just doesn't properly digest protein well? Could be causing kidney problems too?
