May have to do that regularly though. I stretch sometimes but my muscles act like a b1tch. Even had to stop doing tae kwon doe because the instructor was like I had issues with stretching my legs with some of those exercises. He didnt want me to injure myself with how my legs were acting. Might be time to see a doctor about it though Im scared of what might be coming. Dont want to get any surgery. If they gave me braces for the legs, then cool.




Crazy thing is I would get a physical but my doctor dont even have any availability time slots until February and March. The last time i had was April and that was a 4 month wait. Trying to find new doctor. Covid seemed to make those doctors have less time. Its more or less trying to avoid getting fukked over by the insurance or these medical billing people because they seem to be looking for loopholes. They got me a couple of times. :snoop: Next year might be worse.
Idk if you’re serious cuz you didn’t answer any questions about your health… so this might be a troll thread. If u really wanted to see a dr u could go to urgent care. Might cost you $100 and it could save you from later issues further down the line

How’s your health? Might be inflammation. U over weight? High blood pressure? Do you stretch? Some times it’s the muscles surrounding the knee that may need some stretching etc

Im not over weight. Blood pressure is considered normal. I dont stretch like that aside from exercising sometimes. Im considered normal weight and look fit muscular like.

As for the muscles around the knees, I have in toeing so the muscles are twisting to the inside instead of facing outward. Plus Im flat footed. So at some point the intoeing is going to affect my leg or knees and back. Ive been doing a lot of jumprope too so that may have made the issue worse or accelerated the problem. I do squats but the doctor told me 4 years ago to stop lifting heavy after my bad sciatica episode so its just the one 45 plates on each sides. Recently ive been using resistance bands and learning calisthenics as a substitute instead of lifting weights

Been thinking about going to urgent care if the pain gets worse. Only thing is im scared of how much they might charge me just to be seen. Its not going to be 100.
