I'll give it another go
really I'm about a week in and haven't felt anything like that.Day 3 I feel like complete shyt and my mouth taste like its about bleed. This shyt is weird. From reading around this feeling could last weeksI hope this pays off.
Edit: Workout went great. I think what helped me was that I would drink caffeine all day to control my hunger but since I'm not hungry all the time when I took my preworkout it was the only caffeine I had all day so I got a great energy boost.

This shyt is awesome. Won't post in here again cause it's not my thread but man I feel amazing. Have reduced my caffeine intake, not starving anymore, and I have so much energy. It was hard for the first few days but now everything feels good. I don't know enough about the fat burning aspect of the diet but I think the side effects of the diet are what help people drop weight. No more binging, no more struggling through my workouts. I do crave oreos, ice cream, and burritos but I'm going to stop at the end of April for a day then get back on it till I hit 155 in July then stop.
