Day 3 I feel like complete shyt and my mouth taste like its about bleed. This shyt is weird. From reading around this feeling could last weeks :sadcam: I hope this pays off.


Edit: Workout went great. I think what helped me was that I would drink caffeine all day to control my hunger but since I'm not hungry all the time when I took my preworkout it was the only caffeine I had all day so I got a great energy boost.
really I'm about a week in and haven't felt anything like that.

I think it might help that I ate alot of the same foods before. Just cut out the bad carbs and sugars.

This shyt is awesome. Won't post in here again cause it's not my thread but man I feel amazing. Have reduced my caffeine intake, not starving anymore, and I have so much energy. It was hard for the first few days but now everything feels good. I don't know enough about the fat burning aspect of the diet but I think the side effects of the diet are what help people drop weight. No more binging, no more struggling through my workouts. I do crave oreos, ice cream, and burritos but I'm going to stop at the end of April for a day then get back on it till I hit 155 in July then stop.

I was out of town on the weekend, so I was 100% on the diet but for the most part stayed true.
Just the alcohol kinda got to me.
But back on it again today.
Making some stuffed portabellas for supper tonight.

keto is the worst fad diet i ever tried doing

simply stick to high protein and less carbs instead of absolutely no carbs
