Got moved to 2nd shift last October and I'm loving it. 3rd was killing me. I was sleeping 4-5 hours a day and that was it. I was damn near about to lose my job cause I was calling out damn near every other Sunday. Sunday's were the worst because there was no way I could sleep during the day and so when 10 pm rolled around and it was time to go to work I'd be dead tired. It was not healthy for me at all.

my buddy has been doing it for a few years. the redeeming part of it, is he works 4 10-hr days, thus getting 3 days off every week, which is a win.

I'm not sure how he is able to adjust to working night hours 4 days a week, then sleeping at normal hours when he's off tho.

11PM to 7AM. Still work out everyday afterwards as well. 4-5 hours of sleep. Its definitely not for everyone, though, but I've always been a night guy(Insomniac) and slept better in the daytime.
