Anybody on child support?

About 50k on the books... What they do is a parenting guideline. Based on how many nights the kids sleep at your place. I get them every Tuesday and biweekly Friday evening to Mon mornning.

They then calculate, how many nights that is out the year. Deduct Health, Dental, insurances.. and then give you a dollar amount based on income.

for me it was like 10% of their income though and the visitation here was u get every other weekend fri-sun bring back around 600pm sunday

friday u get em around 6 pm

that visitation was the texas normal guidelines


when i got the divorce with the child custody
she signed the paper due to child neglect she gets these visitation rights


her visitation is i pick when and what time and its supervised

isnt' it better to have the offical child suppor thru the court? that way they take the bread out for the kids pre-tax?????

Didn't know that was an option.... mine doesn't come out thru the court.

When the court is taking your shyt... its basically like garnishment. It's not about pretax. its about you cant pay your car note 1st, then child support. Then taking their shyt 1st, regardless of what you have going on. I set mine up thru ExpertPay and it comes out the day after I get paid.

how can you just generalize something you really know nothing about, I was paying whatever I could whenever it was needed before I got put on child support, and my son was from a one night by the way, which doesnt matter I hold myself accountable and responsible, the reason I was put on child support is because she didnt want to have to ask for money but know it would just be there, which is fine because I believe not living in the home I should pay something, but to be called the lowest man in society wow, that seems amazing how you can put every man in one category, peace and love to you anyways breh

na supervised means that i have to be there for her to see kids she cant just take them to spend time alone

one thing that we both agreed on was i am a better parent and can raise them extremely well the thing was she wanted the divorce just as much as i did and i had lawyer put in the papers that due to child neglect it would be supervised and her ass signed it

sure she could of fought me for it but she had nothing to raise them i was the one that had the money house car everything and taking them to some friends house to stay at wasnt gonna cut it also till she got on her feet

i always said no matter if ur married that shouldnt stop u from bettering yourself go to school get a good job and all that stuff but if u rely on somebody just cuz ur married what u gonna do when they leave you or u wanna leave them

Dudes aren't in here complaining about takin care of their kids. Dude are simply voicing their trials & tribulations of bein railroaded by the family court & child support department and the ways in which females lie and manipulate the courts and how some women use children as pawns.

here in texas its 20% for 1 child of your gross, not net income, for those of you with kids, dont pay the mother even if things are cool, because the court wont count any of that. Your best bet is to put yourself on child support. My cousin lucked out he went to court to put himself on child support, and they asked his ex, did she want about 2 yrs worth of back CS because he was just writing her checks, the amount would have been over $4,0000 but she said no. He pays $492 a month for his daughter and has her on his insurance which was already the case when him and the ex were still together. he gets the money taken directly out of his paycheck by way of the AG's office so no worries about no paying or the woman lying and saying he doesnt pay.
