Identifying with a woman doesn't make you a woman..

This dude can not give birth, does not have a menstrual cycle, does not have natural/lactating breast, and whatever else that makes men and women biologically different..

And let's not forget the 6 or 7 kids that has come out of his dikk :comeon:

Legally (depending on your state), you do not need female anatomy to be considered a woman. Her sex is male. Her gender is female. What you consider a woman is different from what others might. As far as I know, it is up to the state to decide what they qualify as a female/male/woman/man. Again, I'm not well versed on this because I've never actually researched it in depth and I can't give you a drawn out argument on it, but to me, she is a woman because she A) identifies as a woman & B) has felt like a girl since childhood and I'll take her word for it. Like she said, she is still attracted to women because who you are attracted to is not dependent on your gender. I believe that sexuality and gender isn't as rigid as we assume it is. :yeshrug:

does it matter how many of them there are? You still can't deny that folks wouldn't have any problems putting hands on them or acting funny around them.

I mean…I find it odd…but I'm not going to act like people don't treat them like shyt.
People get treated like shyt for various reasons... Some of them that can't be helped.

They made a choice to change their sexuality just like an obese person made the choice to not diet or exercise. Those choices have consequences... Like discrimination.

People who didn't make the choice.. Like skin color, sex, nationality, height, disease, etc., also get discriminated against and treated like shyt just as well... And there are far more of them and far more injustices towards them than what you're trying to compare transgenders too.

People act funny around me because I'm black... Other people act funnier towards me because I'm not black enough, yet I'm not running around acting like a victim and if someone puts their hands on me I put them back. In a perfect world no one would get mistreated but it's not and I'm not feeling that sorry for trannies breh

So what you're trying to tell me that hes sexually a male, whose gender is female, that wants to remove his penis and still have sexual relationships with women

:comeon::comeon::comeon::comeon:

And legalities don't mean shyt :what:

It's not like this nikka is changing his name.. He's trying to change his sexuality. His biological makeup..

He can do what the fukk he wants but he is a MAN as far as I'm concerned. :what:

The only way I would refer to him as a woman is if he was my close personal friend and out of respect for his choice.. Whether I agreed with it or not.

:dahell: And it's well deserved!! It ain't nothing but PURE self-inflicted, attention-seeking fukkERY!!

I can't even go on Twitter right now because this shyt is all over timeline. Cacs really acting like this good & not something shameful to look down on. This is why I could never consider myself to be a liberal or progressive.

haha funny thing is I consider myself a conservative, but I believe that discrimination on the basis of something you cannot control and isn't hurting anyone is wrong. Period. Black people went through a period of the same ignorance based trauma, which is why the level of prejudice and discrimination within the black community has always been confusing to me. But I suppose the ways in which we as individuals and a community manifest pain can be complicated.
:snoop: I meant to neg you

:camby:

I'll take that rep kindly though :pachaha:

You Never Have And Never Will Meet One. They are less the. 1% of the pop. So how can they be highly discriminated against if most people in America has never seen one?

I actually know 2 transgendered people, but you're right, a lot of the ignorance about the issue comes from the vast majority of the populace not actually knowingly being in contact with these people. But that doesn't mean that most people don't have a (negative) opinion on the issue. We live in a society that has very rigid and strictly enforced gender roles from the cradle to the grave, and humans have a tendency to react badly to things we don't understand. So that kid sitting in Brooklyn or Denver or Tampa or Houston who is going through this issue probably isn't going to feel comfortable challenging the entire gender binary our society has been built upon. And that's where the discrimination sets in. But this is how hatred and ignorance has historically spread. The lack of familiarity allows stereotypes and ignorance to fill in the gaps of knowledge. It's easier to dehumanize a people when you don't know any of them. But when you find out that your funny coworker is actually gay, or your charitable neighbour is transgendered, it becomes harder to reconcile that fact with your ignorant preconceived notions about these people. You're forced to confront it, and hopefully your lived reality trumps your comfortable but concocted state of ignorance. That's what Bruce Jenner attempted to do tonight. You may not personally know a transgendered person, but you know Bruce Jenner, American Sporting Hero (to old heads). My problem with this is that to the youth he's known as Kim Kardashian's dad, so I don't know how much respect he's garners.

* i didnt read your whole post* you can't regulate opinion. This is a free country we can feel free to feel anything we want. But honestly know one thinks about these people. you must align yourself in these circles to know two. all of the other stuff you said is just liberal gibberish trying to control they way people feel about something that is not natural. No one is stopping them from living their lives. its the fact that they and the LGBT community as a whole is forcing people to except their sex acts and minsets as normal is whats the problem. Live your life and be yourself but let people that are not in your circles or share your opinions live thier lives also.

:coffee:its his life, he could do whatever he wants
I could also care less about what people do in their personal lives. Unfortunately the “tolerant progressives" will use this to spring board a movement where you will be castigated if you don’t fully accept these people.
Hell you could already lose your business or job for not being down with homosexuality. Trannies are next.
