as usual it all depends on your goals.
i know some people who are doing it. seems good.
then again, 95 percent of workout programs "work". if you remain consistent on it and if you follow the nutritional program to a T, it will probably do what it's suppose to do.
then again you could find the best program in the world designed by a team of the best doctors, nutritionists, professional trainers with decades of experience, etc. you do the program for a week and a half and then fall off. doesn't mean the program doesn't work.
so yeah, it all "works" if you put in the work. but it depends what your specific goals are.
