When I was five I went to Chuck E. Cheese and some how got lost inside the indoor play pen area
and ended up in the one place were its a small room with a plastic bubble window that u have to climb to the top to reach. I seen my teachers and was crying trying tell em i was lost. They smiling and waving like everything ok and im having fun. So im getting scared and start to retrace my steps and find my way out. I go through the tunnels and for some reason try to do a 360 and turn around inside the tunnel. I get stuck and start screaming, but after like two min I some how rearrange my body and go down the tunnel and find my way out. Ever since then I have been scared to go into small tunnel like slides or any tight spaces that force me to crawl through them and possibly get stuck. Im not claustrophobic and can be in elevators or small spaces, but evertime I imagine myself going through a tunnel like slide, I picture myself getting stuck and unable to move and start having panic attacks on the spot, until I stop imagining it.
. IDK if this makes any sense or is normal.
