Yeah I had some p*ssy on call the past weekend and didn’t even bother trying to pull up. Other girls have sent me that hey long time no talk text this year as well and I just didn’t bother to even respond. I’m not playing this long courtship game if we not linking up in a couple weeks time you’re getting sent to the back burner. In my life with dating my success has been rapid I’ve never had to do too much to seal the deal that’s not changing anytime soon

It's a lifestyle type of job
The people I know like the job. But you deal with alot people who have cold feet, time wasters, or half way into the deal that cancel the whole transaction. That's why it's kind of hard to do it part time
And it's a very sales heavy job, soft skills combined with financial deal making skills are key
It's not required to have a Real Estate license, but it helps lot to make the transactions 10x smoother

I've had to accept that it's what women do. They just try to avoid conflict. You can be dating a woman 7-8 months and they'll still just distance themselves instead of being honest. Just read the signs and learn to find your own closure. I'm dealing with this as we speak.
