I look at homes all the time, on Zillow and social media. Even fixer-uppers.

Give me that 4 bd 2 bath 2,500 sq feet, spacious kitchen with the island, hardwood floors, and patio deck or rooftop deck, car garage, and I'm good

800k... You couldn't get a house like that in northern VA for under 1.5 million.. Probably more for the location that nice..

I like looking at regular new construction houses in NYC suburbs and southern VA & North Carolina. I can't afford to buy anywhere so I can only dream..


Also the only "luxury" housing I like looking at is luxury apartments in major cities, don't care for mansions.

Same..I would prefer a luxury apartment in a major city over mansions. I think those of us that grew up in a major cities don't mind luxury apartments over mansions.
