I sleep a good 7-8 every night but always wake up once or twice a night. Usually can fall right back asleep but once or twice a month can't fall back asleep for nothing.
i get 6-8 hours but there are times when its tough. There's lots of vidoes on youtube that can help you fall asleep to. I personally like the meditation stuff on low volume.
I can and do. Sometimes I use soothing and relaxing audio files. Last night I crashed without turning one on. Only to be awakened by an unpleasant sound. At which point I got up and turned on the audio and went back to sleep for another 4 hours. I first realized I could rest better with tunes playing when I was 12. I suggest folks give it try.
