Anyone upgraded to a PS4 Pro

Ps4 PRo makes absolutely NO difference when it comes to gaming. Biggest waste of money this gen for me. I've never done PSVR though, so if your into vR it might be worth it.

Have u played the standard PS4 games directly after the PS4 Pro version? It def makes a difference. Thats like saying there’s no difference in gaming from the PS4 Pro to the Xbox One X. And also. It would make no sense for him to cop a standard PS4 if he’s wants a new console unless he is really strapped for cash. If u starting from a clean slate. Its totally worth it.

But you might as well get the Pro

They are about to enable the Super sampling option for it , the 1080p set you have will be praising you

The latest PlayStation 4 software update is here, and it gives Pro consoles the ability to make games look better, even if you're playing on an older TV. PS4 version 5.50 comes with a supersampling mode for the Pro console, which shows games at a higher resolution and with four times the amount of visual and color info than usual. The output upgrade was designed to reduce jagged edges and to ultimately make images look sharper and clearer.

What's super sampling

Downscaling bro. It’s what I was talking about before. It makes shyt look WAAY crisper on a 1080p TV. Say a game is running at 4K resolution but u only have a 1080p TV. It will downscale the image to look better on ur 1080p screen. So essentially ur gonna be running 4K res on a 1080p TV.

I had upgraded to the ps4 pro earlier this year but i still had my samsung 1080p 240hz smart tv...i diddnt see a difference then

But i just copped a 65 inch sony bravia 4k tv and holy shyt Every game in my library looks incredible its insane

Ps4 pro + 4k tv is fukking magical

You should cop a HDD regardless. I put nearly all my games on it. Mine is 2 TB

GTA V alone almost 100 GB

Gotta get back to Skyrim VR
Crazy part is I'm over 30 hours deep and still haven't touched the main story quests



Wonder how Skyrim is gonna look on VR with the Pro enhancements
