Lmfao, my shyt is destroyed. I don't want to risk it and go to a supermarket and wait behind a bunch of idiots hoarding TP and canned food.
Been ordering, eating chips, drank my first soda in a longgggggggggg fukking time yesterday. Gotta cut this shyt out and just jog around the park.

HELL
Mostly the same but instead of blowing money at restaurants every weekend I'm mostly cooking at home

Do have a few takeout spots nearby open when I'm lazy
You ever take a bytch to eat at Mexican Village?

Taking a multivitamin and d3 daily. Other than that i'm shopping cheaper and smarter. Fruit and veg. More whole wheat products. I still have a few pounds of protein powder but saving that for when it's needed more.

Nice looking meal but I gotta disagree with you tho. The healthiest shyt often have the shortest shelf life. Organic produce go bad fast af.
That was FROZEN broccoli i steamed cooked and FROZEN salmon that I thawed out and baked.

1 16 oz. bag of broccoli florets: $0.89

1 bag of frozen salmon (5 pieces): $3.49...I only ate one and I am full.

Next...

looks good but I always got throw something on rice...usually lentil peas or red beans :feedme: or @ the very least when I bake chicken/broil salmon I do so w/ a little bit of water in the pan w/ some seasoning...I’ll take a spoon and put some of that on the rice...damn reminds me I gotta soak some lentils
