Recipe??
I eye the ingredients and I use this size bottles of seasoning so when I say cap full I mean this bottle's cap size.
4 chicken leg quarters
1 cap full onion powder
1 cap full garlic powder
1 cap full Lawry's
1/2 cap ground black pepper
1/2 cap full paprika
1/2 cap full crushed Allspice (balls)
2 scotch bonet pepper coarsely chopped
1/3 cup vegetable oil or oil
1 tablespoon of
jerk seasoning (click)
Prepare chicken or pork by washing with white vinegar or lime or lemon juice. Pat dry the meat

In a big bowl put the meat and stab it with a knife then pour all ingredients into the bowl and rub in into the meat thoroughly. Take the meat and scrap the contents of the bowl into a plastic bag(ziplock, baking bag etc) and seal tight (no air) put that bag into a plastic shopping bag and refrigerate overnight (24hrs).
Grill:
Charcoal
Oil the grill with vegetable oil
