or maybe i need a better apartment.

  • noise from the people above you.
  • noise from the kids playing outside.
  • random neighbor fights you can hear from a mile away.
  • dog shyt people just leave instead of picking up.
  • community washrooms somebody is constantly in taking up all the machines.
  • coming home after work and all your usual spaces are gone.
  • people parking crooked in spaces to block you from parking next to them.
  • mystery scratches on your car you swear weren't there last time you saw it.
  • one time somebody hit my car (its totaled now) and pulled off.
  • snitch ass neighbors that can't mind their own business.
  • motherfukkers coming in your shyt twice a year for inspections / to change the filters

honestly owning a house is its own set of problems but now that i've got my money right i'm considering it. i'd hate having to shovel snow and cut grass and the constant maintenance that goes into home ownership but at least it would be my own space.

the townhouses around the corner from me allow my dog and have space to plug up a washer and dryer. you gotta bring your own washer and dryer. i'm considering moving there. realistically i could afford a house but i'm too lazy to keep up my own maintenance / yard work.

my rent here is $400 a month. it'll go up to $549 a month for that townhouse with two bed rooms one of which i don't need but fukk it. i want my own washer and dryer.

I dont think I could ever live in an apartment or condo again. I dont wanna be dealing with all that bullshyt and other people's noise or having to adhere to certain rules regarding me making noise. I like being able to do what I want and having guarunteed parking spaces in a covered garage.

Wow,

I moved into an expensive apt and the first week we moved in the maintenance man peeks his head in the apartment and then says "oops wrong place" while my girl is there and im away at work.

I told the apt manager and i guess someone else was moving in a few doors down and he went to the wrong place but to not knock? Makes me wonder what people like that do in these empty apartments when no ones around.

I had trouble believing that he didnt know any better. Be careful yall, sometimes the people with the keys to your place are the ones casing your place, friends.

I hated living in apartments. People always complain about lawn work owning a house but I mow my lawn like once every 2-3 weeks and only in spring and summer. Not even bad.

If you don't want a house look into a more upscale condo where there is less ratchedness.

i like apartment living. I live in a coop building, jsut pay rent, no utilities, people fix your stuff if it breaks, doorman to get packages, thick brick walls, no noise most of the time.
