Man East Atlanta cracking me up everytime I go there.It’s the opposite. He keeps rent low as an agent, block gets bought out, gentrification begins.
Cold world. We seeing more white people in South DeKalb. Eastside of Atlanta is getting whiter by the month unfortunately.
North of Glenwood on Candler is the cutoff. White people moving further south now.
One of my oldest son's best friends lives near custer and moreland and the gentrification in that area is crazy. I drive east on Custer and it's nuts!! That whole area around the golf course now is comical. But hey, supply and demand.
