No, he's supposed to pay child support, which he's doing. What she should be doing is managing her own money properly. Child support is supposed to support his child. If 2600/mo isn't enough money to pay for the needs of the child (rent/mortgage, food, clothes, etc) then the problem is with the mom.

Child support isn't baby mother support. The money SHOULD go towards the needs of the child. But we all know that shyt goes towards shoes, purses, the next nikka and a whole host of shyt that has nothing to do with providing for his seed.

There's no point to prove because he's doing the right thing by paying the court awarded amount of child support. If the system was set up properly, then Chris should by default get the child (but that'll never happen).
