Why use an SD reader when u can just have the SD card already in your phone? A phone could break too or have issues. If u fill a card up u can get another card. If u fill up your phone u gonna get another phone? Nah u export to cloud.Theres multiple cheap cloud storage backups if it's that serious. Amazon alone got everything covered.

Whether u pay less or not for a phone, you're still paying for Apple music. If u don't download for offline use, then streaming shouldn't take up much space

4 tb external hard drive is like $80. 8 tb is like $130. Ur very own personal cloud storage for cheap.

TBH I don't take a lot of pics and vids. I dont need constant access to all my pics and vids like that. For my video and pic edit projects they're all on laptop. I barely use that phone storage much.

I'm saying there's way more cheaper options but Apple has cornered the market of all in one no thinking products. Yes the camera is great but everything else is over priced to tech people that know the true cost of these things

Again, what the fukk are you nikkas doing thats so special to have to justify 256gbs and complain about not having it? I wasn’t even talking about just backing shyt up on iphone but you should know how to back shyt up in general if your phone is almost “full”...

And most people phones are not almost full. Thats why people hold on to iphones for years, they don’t need all the shyt they’re justifying in here and on top of that, i doubt they will buy a new phone just because they are somehow running out of space. They’ll probably start learning how to delete bullshyt like a normal person would.

Like is said, 1gb can hold over 500 pictures... people in here are saying 256gb is necessary for a 1k phone and it’s not because most likely you will never get to the point where you NEED that much space unless you’re just adding useless shyt on your phone without clearing data

The fact is, most people aren't doing anything of what you just said. We are talking about tens of millions of all sorts of phones being sold every single year. Trust me, THE COMMON MAN, is not constantly backing up a damn thing, transferring this and that to their computer, paying for and uploading to the cloud, etc etc etc


How many times have you heard "Damn I need to clear some stuff out my phone first?" People in here talking about putting entire HD movies on their phone. You ever hear someone lose or drop their phone? 7 times out of 10, what do they say??? "OMG nnooooooooooooooo. I lost all my pics and everything." It's never "hey it's all good, it's all on the laptop"


Speaking of laptops and computers... Everything I can do on a phone, I can do on a $300 laptop or computer... But people don't have those unless they have a direct need for another computer. Again... Not coli members, regular ass people you see working at Wawa, but also have an iphone. Every college student and kid with one. Not even iphone... Everyone with a damn phone. How many have actual laptops and computers? Not tablets? How many doing incremental backups? I could ask a nikka to send me a pic he took in 2016, I bet it's still in his camera roll


We often talk on this forum like we are the common man... We are not. How many friends you know even on an old school message board, not named Reddit? Why you think everybody got an app for something. Cause nikkas ain't using computers like that on a daily basis. You think anybody 45 and up is backing up their phone? Does your grandma back up her phone?







Now if you want to ask me personally... I take professional pics and vids and drone footage. I might shoot something on my camera camera for 10 mins that's 2.3 gigs alone. And I need it readily available at all times for email, uploads, sharing on sites, whatever, to push my brand. I don't have time, nor bandwidth, to be downloading 10 gigs of shyt on the daily, to delete it, and put it back. I'm definitely not walking around with multiple cards...

Amazon for 1 tb of cloud is 11.99 a month.. apple is 2 tb for $10... Either way... I'm not paying that shyt. Cause I actually do have a computer.. and a laptop.. With 5 drives between them.. But that shyt cost money too. And I still need the shyt on my phone..

Now imagine somebody who don't have that shyt. Their storage is DONE... and what do people actually pay for? Ease of access.. fukk it, get the phone, got 512 gigs, never run out of space, call it a day.

I tried to tell them... shyt 1 minute of 4k recording is 400mb. 1 min is an IG video... Now how many times a DAY do even regular broads post on IG, snap, facebook... Riding around doing that dumb ass expressionless face while listening to trap music... Just to post it and keep it on their phone

How many times you see "Post the 47th photo on your phone" and it be from 2014 and shyt... Motherfukkers ain't deleting shyt.. But I don't even need to say this.. What are they mainly focusing on these phones now? Better cameras. The last 3-4 phones in both android and iphone was all about the camera and what it could do... Cause that's all the fukk people are doing with them
