He came up with a gimmick and storyline that was box office.

He has the “look” he has the IT factor.

The Usos are a tag team. They have a tag team move set and tag team look. Their ceiling is one of them (Jey) holding the IC title.
I don’t honk smaller guys like them or Kofi look right as the top guy. This is still a show and you have to look the part

Seth had the ball and it didn’t quite work out. I still think he can be the guy in his current form tho.
