Just being honest but I stopped having health problems once I changed up my diet and started working out way more often.
I used to have skin issues(Discoloration of skin and black ring around neck) and went to several dermatologist about it. Even went to a black dermatologist too since you would think he would know how to treat AA skin. Tell me why all it took was me using Raw African Shea butter and switching to Raw african black soap and everything slowly went away.

The only time I go to the doctor now is my yearly physical which is required by my job.

American doctors offices And hospitals are for profit meaning profit takes priority over health and recovery of patients. Black owned and operated health care facilities in america are rare. The point is black people have been getting worse health care based solely on their race according to Forbes and other Government sources.

Why Health Care Is Different If You're Black, Latino Or Poor

In my opinion It is far more ignorant to place your health in the hands of other groups who have caused your people sickness and death for centuries.

That goes for their hospitals and doctors offices.

i think its a combination of some or all of the following

1. men are generally more likely to "tough it out" "wait for it to blow over" "not show pain or weakness"
2. financial-cost aspectsl/access to quality healthcare/ access to good insurance
3. mistrust of doctors/ the medical field in general either as a result of current history or past history
4. lack of quality healthcare in your area or in your budget
5. blacks not being taken seriously by doctors, assumption that youre faking/ looking for medication

i think most of these apply for black men and women ofcourse

Alot of black men are wise to the hustle that Hospitals and Doctors are there to make money not heal us.

Especially, the dentist...smh.....They overcharge for some crazy shyt. Honestly I would suggest to people if you want t get some dental work done go to a dental school, or one of those low cost community center. Not, because of the cost, but because they are mostly just interested in providing healthcare and will tell the truth. A lot of dentist are ful of shyt.
