Understanding the black plight in America isn't making excuses. Bw proximity to whiteness is only granted on the condition that they dont challenge authority or the system that keeps black men shut out. But somewhere along the way some black women started to forget they were black too cause they were favored over straight black men in white corporations.

Ask yourself why all these companies got black women as diversity and inclusion executives but still don't hire or have many black people working at them? Cause they are tokens and those positions are cosmetic. These women may have a job title but they have no actual authority or power in these organizations to make change.

These new women dont have resources or have it themselves though. They are worse off then men with more debt and just as dependent on these white corporations. Covid shutdowns showed you that. Who were the most evicted and most living check to check? Black women.

AI and automation is coming for all the jobs these black women are over represented in like HR etc. And what's left will be going to Hispanics as their numbers rise.

Don't even gotta be 6 figures. Women making 60-90K talk that talk also, especially in areas where that's apparently a big deal.

But we don't want them to "stop being so loud". We want a shift in mentality. Did you strive to be equal, or simply try to use degrees and W2s/1040s as security passes to a small percentage of men? Earning a salary does not entitle you to a man with a higher salary just by virtue of gender.

And if y'all must hold on to a man's salary, the physicality and swagger/edge requisites need a change in prioritization. This is where other groups of women locking down high earners win out. Looking like Great Value Chris Hemsworth/Mario Lopez takes a backseat behind his income and willingness to be financially traditional.
