Are black women holding black men to unrealistic standards compared to white standards of relationships?

Employment is how most Americans make money but its not how most Americans obtain wealth. Majority of wealth is passed down and inherited.



This mentality is part of the problem. I'm normally not a fan of tone talks but in his video he spoke on this and hit the nail on the head. It's not just a "make more money" issue. The median white person earns 58K per year. The median black person earns 47K per year. At 58K per year even the white men cannot afford to raise a familiy on their own and live up to these absurd dating standards some black women perpetuate. So how do they do it?

White men have one big advantage over black men.. And that's the transfer of wealth in their families an communities. They inherit wealth and paid off homes at much higher rates than black folks. 58K salary hits a lot different when you got a rental property you inherited from grandma or a lump sum of cash or investments to get you ahead. black men dont have that benefit.

So you cant simply say the solution is to make more money cause even achieving parity with white folks resulting in black men earning 10k more at 58K wont move the needle based on the "standards" some women are talking about. This country is literally designed for duel income households otherwise wages would have kept up with inflation. if over half the country cannot afford to take care of a family on one income its not a black male problem.. Its a systemic one.

You're missing one very big key piece and you don't even know it . FYI I've met many white people who don't have an inheritance, so to make it seem like all white people inherit something is ignorant.

Median is not the same as average.

And even based on the median in q4 2020 (height of COVID with women losing jobs at rapid pace) that still doesn’t account for how many black women make above the median compared to black men.

Note that bw and ww pairings would result in a higher household income than BM/BW pairings. Do you see how that impacts a community? Interracial Lesbianism is more likely to keep the lights on?

I just told you Median AND Average. Black men earn more on average and have a higher median income.

If y'all gone continue to say black women even more than black men I need to see some sources.

I'm not sure what you mean by your second point. That isnt a normal phenomenona at all. If thats the case i can say 2 gay black men earn more than a bw ww pair.

Black men will continue to not out earn black women. This is by design.

Black men could and should EASILY be out earning black women en masse. Men have far more options for economic mobility than women do, due to the fact that men have a larger variety of jobs to pick from.

A lot of these mufukkas just don't want to do these jobs when I have people on here giving the face to being an electrician when not only do I pay the bills at my place, I give my parents money, pay my child support, take care of my son when he with me, and help my girl out all on my jobs money and none of my extra money yet nikkas wanna turn they nose up at it I don't be wanting to hear about it. Get yo ass up and go get some money and stop fukking crying.

Just an FYI there is a shortage of damn near three quarters of a million electricians, my girls brother got the pen after doing his bid, been home 6 months. I got him on at my job starting at $18/hr. He done already moved out his mama house, and got a decent looking girlfriend since these mufukkas on here swear it's so hard to get girls. Tired of hearing excuses from these 'men' out here, get yo ass up and go get it, aint nobody giving you shyt never have never will.

I didnt say ALL white people. But 30% of white households inherit over 200k. AND the other big piece I didn't mention was systemic racism which all white folks in america benefit from. A white man with a felony will get hired and paid more than a black man with a college degree.

At work I look around myself, and I see non-black people with partners. Now there is no telling what goes on in those persons relationships but for the most part when I talk to them about relationships I can tell that they are content and their lives arent dramatic.

These are men who arent the tallest, arent the best looking, dont have 'swag', dont dress in designer, etc etc. These are just regular, nerdy finance ppl and engineers.

Yep all the white women in my department are married... the black women unmarried..

BM not being hired in elite jobs means they then are supposed to do what? Is that the end of the road?

You keep trying to explain why you think BW should lower their standards and it’s all about what “others” control vis a vis BM’s ability to earn money.

So when BW fall in line with the program of those “others” are they not doing the same thing BM are doing? Are BM basically falling in line and accepting their economic fate?

Most data is from 2020/2021 which shows BM outearning BW on average by $50 per week or $2500 per year.

Is this what you mean by black men earning more? To me this shows that bw/bm earn about the same on average.
