In the grand scheme of things none of them are good enough to be legends. If you wouldnt even be considered for my top 25 then you're not a 'real legend'. Its like how someone said there was a class that has your Jordans, Wilts, Bradys etc and there is the class that has the mortal "also-ran" motherfukkers. Thats where they go. That said they made an impact, they have the stats, and I'm sure if you wanted to give a thorough report on southern hip hop they would be mentioned as key figures but they aint legends to me.
