The thing is, even if you raise the minimum wage, companies are not required to hire employees.
Even under Republicans, they got the tax breaks, but didn’t replace the jobs. They kept outsourcing and automating. I think free community college with the conditions that you maintain passing grades, and work 3 years in the state post graduation is reasonable.
People need to stop thinking companies are going to pay employees out of the goodness of their hearts. That is not how the world functions. They aren’t cutting their salaries at the top to just “do the right thing.”

How am I sounding like Trump? I listed several reliable good options on getting higher paying jobs. College which you can go to for free, Trade school is free, Truck Drivers make bank, IT Certs, etc. So many options to get outta fast food. I know a few brehs making $6000 a month driving trucks, one got his own business. My uncle bout to do that same.
A lot of fast food places like Mcdonald's will help pay your tuition and on top of that they have a ton of good paying positions.
Money is out there you gotta go get it, nobody gonna hold your hand, whites definitely not tryna help.
