Are people asking for too much now? I'm sorry but a $15 minimum wage is still too low...

The government Incompetent as fukk been why would you even trust them with that shyt
Because most of the other wealthy countries like Canada and the UK at the very least have a public Healthcare option that people can access and don't want removed. Americans are laughed at the world over. Even Cuba flexing on the US with its medical system.

Easily accessible subsidized housing
A minimum of 3 weeks vacation and 4 months maternity or paternity leave
A public Healthcare option

Put all three of these bare minimum things in place and America is a completely different country and a far more peaceful place than it is now. Which ever political party puts those in place will dominate American politics for at least 2 election cycles.

The way this country works I feel like if minimum wage goes up the cost of just about everything is going up too. Oh you mufukkas got more money? Bet...:demonic:
That's not this country bruh, that's basic economics...

Not every business owner is Jeff fukking Bezos...

You jack up the minimum wage, business owners have to compensate by firing employees or jacking up prices to make ends meet...

Increasing the minimum wage is ultimately gonna be paid for by consumers. Those happy meals are gonna be $15, coffee at Starbucks gonna be $10, milk, bread, all items prices about to be tripled. Not to mention all the small businesses that are gonna get fukked over.

fukk all that. You wanna get paid more, go learn a skill, trade, go back to school. $50 an hour to flip burgers? Chick is fukking nuts:mjlol:.
Another argument that simply is not true.

Both of those. Countries have terrible economies and bubbles all over the place. UK has incredible amounts of poverty and racism and miserable weather. Don't act like theyre being ran well when they aren't. It's a global depression out there, every first world economy has red gdp and people are losing their livelihoods globally you make it sound like America is the only country doing bad when we're still wealthier and better taken care of than most people in other countries.

Also they have to pay exuberant taxes for all that by the way, to the point they might as well pay for the amenities themselvez

Soooo I just got negged for saying that a $30 minimum wage was absurd...the fukk:skip:?

And wages should depend on the state. $15 in Alabama is a three bedroom home in a decent neighborhood. Hell, you can live in a gated apartment complex with 3bd/2bath for $775 a month.

A single individual can get by with $12 there, which is what the minimum should be for (the minimum wage needed in order to live in that state.)

Ya'll Socialist brehs are comical

You can’t possibly be this dense.. it’s a closed system with finite resources. For you to have more, someone else is gonna need to have less. The more you have, the more opportunity there is to gain more and do so more efficiently and at a faster rate. This compounds the more you gain to a point where it becomes exponential while at the same time removing resources from said finite pool. Does this sound sustainable to you? What do you think happens when the people at the bottom run out of resources or opportunities to attain resources? Capitalism by its very nature is unsustainable.

I mean...It wouldn’t even be as bad if the money being hoarded at the top was being reinvested into the economy in impactful ways.. renewable energy, affordable housing, better/affordable education, infrastructure etc.. it’s being used to find easier ways to make/take more without providing true value.

Y’all like screaming socialism, but ignore social security, free education, public transportation, food stamps, you still pay taxes that create and upkeep things that benefit other people in society whether or not they contribute less to the system financially than you do. What does this sound like to you?

Employees aren’t asking for half the fukking company.. they just want fair compensation for the work done.. I really don’t why that’s so hard for some of you to grasp.

They still don't realize how manipulated the system is. It's meant for you to work for them and not make enough to get out from under them.

It’s rigged for real. Raising the minimum wage is just smoke screen. $15 dollars an hour will just become the new $7. Those individuals still will not able afford to pay rent anywhere. Maybe states like Alabama might be able to live decent.

Your first statement shows you are too ill informed to have a conversation about this topic. White people told you that you have no way to create wealth for yourself, and you listened
