Such limited vision he doesn't even think there people with money that can put another $64k in Facebook stock after putting a down payment on a house, that we get right back once we sell it, and what he spends in rent in 5 years just went out the window and he won't have anything to show for it.

I get 5 years worth of tax breaks and build equity in a home and my mortgage payment never increases, while his rent goes up every single year, and if his rent averaged $1,200 then he just spent $72,000 and doesn't have shyt to show for it.

Bruh it's 5 year olds that understand.

Person A rents for 10 years.
Person B owns for 10 years.

Persom B sells property and is up 10 years of rent on Person A. How are there adults too stupid to understand this? :mindblown:

This shyt is so stupid..When most people buy houses they spend their last on the down payment. There ain't no other 64k.. even if you have another 64k you put that on Amazon and you make more money..

You guys dont even understand when you buy a house there's fees, when you sell theres fees.. You're paying interest mainly the first 7 years. Something goes wrong you have to pay for it..

Owning a home is a lifestyle decision not and investment

The man in the video he posted owns multiple rental units and is making videos on YouTubecalled "Don't Ever Buy A Home".

Gee, I wonder why people owning homes wouldn't be in his best interest. :skip:

Even the comments are lighting him up.
"Don't buy a home of your own, just rent one off me"

Property taxes are absolutely insine and inmoral, they already take a slice of your income, tax everything you buy but then force you to pay a fee for the house you already paid for or they take it away?:pacspit:

Property taxes aren't insane and immoral. If you live in a decent place you not really paying much.

My parents only pay $200/month. That's a cheap price to pay for access to roads, schools, grocery stores, etc.

It really makes more sense to be upset about house prices vs property taxes. People can't even buy a home because of how much they cosy.

Not for me ,what i pay in 5 years most people pay in a year. And what I pay a year is less than some pay in rent a month :blessed:.

And they really improved on everything as far as infrastructure and services since 2020.

This is what I'm saying, property taxes is a drop in the bucket if you got a decent job. Hell you can work at Mcdonalds if your house is paid off.

Folks should be more worried about making homes affordable

My crib was a bando for 10 years , bought it at auction with no back taxes due. Put money into and I don't worry about taxes at all.

This is terrible logic... You lost money and don't even know it like most people who buy houses..

You paid off 320k already? How old are you and I definitely know you failed if you paid it off quick..
He definitely ain’t pay it off if he’s saying it’s tax deductible.

It’s only tax deductible with a mortgage or if it’s paid off and you Run a business from home

And ain’t no way he taking home 320k after the sale unless it’s worth over 900k
