I don’t mean to be a bytch ass hater but whether we like it or not the numbers don’t lie. Black people are broke as a people in this country. Yes there are outliers of Black excellence( I guess thecoli proves that

) but the overwhelming majority of us are not only living paycheck to paycheck but many of us have no tangible wealth, assets, or income that allows us to NOT struggle. We are working poor and damn near homeless.

A big problem is that we refuse to be honest about our money situations with eachother. We can’t gauge how bad we’re doing bc many of us are fukking lying, faking it by going into untold debt to continue the lie, or choosing not to see what our communities are looking like.
The above articles are ALL of America. I’d say it’s probably 80% for ADOS and nonADOS Black people. Either you only care about yourself and then need to shut the fukk up about our “communities” or we are honest about our situation and status in this country and fight like hell through our voting, our underfunded organizations, town hall meetings, advocating for our Black kids and even the Black kids that aren’t ours at school and whatever else that puts money into the hands of our people.
