Why would God simply be black or white, he's simply a being. And he even said he knows God gave man free will, I don't think God is controlling whether a man does a horrible thing or a good thing.

Yeah I agree with you on the race part but I think he's speaking from the Christian perspective of Jesus overall I still agree with his point.

Worship is for believers with very little knowledge of what “God” is.

You mature from that once you learn that it’s about learning universal law, the same laws used to create and maintain the Universe, and how to apply those laws to your own spiritual growth.

If you want to know the Creator, study It’s creation and than you’ll be hard pressed to continue to believe that this Universe was created out of chaos instead of Divine intelligence.
