They make shyt too grand and obvious. If they really wanted to give that lady some money they could’ve did it in a way where the manager wouldn’t know.
What the fukk you talkin about did you read and comprehend the article

This is hilarious because the restaurant fired her for not doing something they themselves dont do (evenly split profit).

This what happens when there is a psuedo-"profit sharing" model without guaranteeing a livable wage.

The customer did. The waitress went outside and told the customers they made they spilt it. Customer came back and asked for it back and gave it to the young lady himself.

they fired her cause they said “she shouldn’t have told the customer” :mjlol::mjlol: bytch fukk you, give me my money. fukking manager probably makes a little over 2100 in a month

The customer gave that money without understanding the dynamics of tipping and how the service industry exploits the workers having a unspoken contract regarding wages and tips.

Only reason theyre makin her split the moneys is that itd cause resentment and a loss of morale among the backline staff and ppl would quit/demand higher wages/a cut of tipping and that fukks up the whole model of exploitation which wouldnt even be an issue if they paid livable wages in the 1st place

It’s already a unhealthy dynamic. Since the pandemic started the waiters/waitress been the ones on the short end of the stick restaurants wasnt packed with indoor seating and was mainly take out. Cooks still got paid. While the waiters got shyt

the waitress also said they never had to spilt with anyone, you ain’t starting now. And nobody should know how much they got tipped. This is an abuse of power and the waitress deserved exactly what’s given. They live off tips, the cooks are get paid a hourly wage that they signed up for.

when they were taken home they pay checks and waitress wasn’t getting no business I’m sure they didn’t bust down them checks
