I was on the fired employees side at first then I thought about it and realized how selfish waiters and waitresses are. If they had such a large group that means all other employees had to work to make everything run smooth, especially the folks in the back cooking all that shyt in a timely manner and the dishwashers.

In the end all of the fault is one the owners and system for not paying a good wage and I still think tipping shouldn’t exist

Tips make way more than you imagine. Why would servers want to switch to wages?

Waitresses normally tip out the cooks but thats voluntary.

When I worked at paseo in Seattle everywhere shared the tips...front end and cooks..though cooks also helped ring up customers if need be.

The waitress or waitor usually ain't getting g that tip if the food is trash.
