look, i get the rising COL and gentrification are making it hard out here, that said, from a property owner and tax payer perspective, it's annoying to spend this much money to purchase a home, pay all these taxes and not even be able to walk down main thoroughfares or your own block or use local parks, public transit, etc without fearing for your health/safety due to these sprawling camps, their sanitary conditions and the amount of drug addicted, unstable people that live in them along with those just trying to survive.

there's plenty of "out the way" places to tuck these folks while working on a better solution, that said again, that's our taxes going toward buying, setting up, cleaning and servicing homeless camps (people not paying taxes) as opposed to funding schools, better roads (roads in oakland are shyt :wow: ) and other general services. but these camps can't keep overtaking prime public spaces

Good motherfukker. While you live in decadence your neighbors are destitute. You want to not see it, get your congressman to fix the problems.

Only a small handful of american proffesional sports teams play in their original stadiums. The overwhelminh majority of these older stadiums have been demolished. These stadiums couldve been easily converted to homeless shelters and social workers could determine who is here thanks to a bad set of circumstances (which i went through at a young age) and who maybe crazy or drugged out but they still are people and should be kept around others in the same mindstate. A safe spot so they dont bother regular people enjoying a day off from work on a saturday afternoon with children

What ive seen is people who pat themselves extra hard on the back cause they gave spare change to a drug addict or maybe some leftover togo from a nice restaurant. Giving some bum who cant do a damn thing with a couple of hundred dollars is like some kind of social karma lottery for rich folks. They think they changing the world.

The Golden State Warriors just opened a new arena in San Francisco. What about the oakland arena i wonder what the plans are for that?

San Fran has become one of the more expensive cities to visit as well. Visited in 2011 stayed 4 nights in San Mateo with flight for 462 dollars round trip. Now any hotel worth a shyt is at least 180 a night

I cant imagine the depravity that would go on in an "indoor city" full of these types. It would make the worst jails and prisons look civilized by contrast.

Democrats aren't destroying workers rights or giving tax breaks to the billionaires. You want to make the situation worst? But of course, this is the forum that wanted to vote for Trump so why should I be surprised. :snoop:

Lemme know if your serious.

Brooklyn keeps on taking it.
I kinda blame the landlords of alot of these places as well. They were doin a ton of foul shyt w/ their tenants (that the city was letting them get away w/) so they could raise their rent because they saw the property value was increasing

honestly speaking idk why landlords even exist.

housing should all be run by the government.
