anytime shyt breaks, I always just trade it in for the newer version, also its good to get your money back on canceled items, got a full refund for my HD DVD attachment for the Xbox, but I think they did send a check, but with tvs its great, for getting newer tvs for nothingI paid $750 cash for a camera earlier this year & it turned out to be shytty so I took it back and they told me since it was over $500 and was a cash payment I had to wait until they mailed me a check... the fukk?
Said its been their policy for some years now... took 3 weeks to get the check then another 10 days before it cleared... won't shop there again... took my money quick as hell and made me wait a month and some change before I got it back...
As much as a shop there I hate Best Buy

I love best buy, they changed shyt up at the returns desk up here where geek squad handles returns and so I can scratch up a game if I don't like it and take it back to best buy and they give me an unopened copy and send me on my way... then I take that game back to walmart and get my money back since I have a receipt and it's unopened 
You know who else price matches Amazon? Amazon. And you don't have to deal with 500 sales associates trying to sell you shyt while you're browsing.
The only reason I'd go into a Best-Buy is to look around for what to order online.
I used to love Circuit City, but that shyt is gone.

How u gonna get mad at people doing their jobs bro?..they don't get commissions...u literally saying u use the store to NOT buy shyt from there and the store is the problem?..lol...I honestly hate that big stores phased out the stores like Tower Records n shyt like that but overall there's far worse stores out there..

I bought mad shyt from Best Buy over the years. But since the rise of services like Amazon, I just use Best Buy to scope out things in person before I'd buy it.
Totally separate from that, is my disdain for them bothering the fukk out of you every 5 minutes as you're trying to browse. I had a problem with that before Amazon ever existed.
My favorite was Circuit City. They'd leave you the fukk alone until you asked for help. Or one person would say "hey, can I help you?", and then bounce if you said "no". Also they had a great foreign movie selection.

It's not necessarily the same person. But anytime I'd go in there they seem to have 5 million employees on the floor so you're running into one every 5 minutes. And you have to leave after 1 hour, tops, otherwise you'll wind up on the 6 o' clock news for murdering a Best Buy employee.

What is the point of buying stuff online that is readily available in the stores?
the price matching is definitely making best buy a goto place again for me. amazon deliveries don't happen till late afternoon/early evening for me, when Best Buy opens at 10 am.
Also, since Georgia now makes Amazon charge sales tax, that Amazon advantage is gone now too.
Best Buy about to be good to a nikka again except for shyt that they don't carry of course and Amazon does.
