I've never worked there but my last job was retail. HR would print out customer comments each week and put them in the break room.
You'd always see shyt like "you need to hire more employees because there's never anyone around to help me" and "you need to tell your employees to stop bothering the customer while they're trying to shop".

We could read our individual ccustomer omments. I would just laugh at all that shyt.

Sometimes they don't have enough coverage or they get their hours cut. I tried to help everyone. But sometimes you get stuck with that customer that's asks 21 questions and still doesn't get it, and holds everyone else from getting help.

that reminds me I remeber when I was working at Circuit City( in the warehouse) and the ppl that were selling TV's were caking like 60K a yr. Then they took away commission and gave them 12hr and they were angry as fukk.
