why isn't he blaming legacy admissions?

Issue is that Asian kids try too hard to follow a formula and so they never stand out to recruiters:

1500+ SAT
All AP/IB classes
4.0+ GPA
A little volunteering
Orchestra
Want to be in STEM

Asian kids are like those dudes that run 4.3 at the combine but have "ok" tape. They test elite but play merely OK

this is a super hot topic out in the West Coast. Washington and Cali both got rid of AA acceptance rates at Unis in 1994 and there were bills in the last 5 years to reinstate it. Both bills lost at the state legislature. Guess what demographic voted en masse against the bill?
