For most men, that's nigh impossible. Especially when careers demand 60+ hours a week at the workplace nowadays.
Somethings gotta give.Kinda like how many gifted atheltes in high school slack off academically, and nerds who get straight A's, but cannot jump rope, most human beings aren't balanced enough to do both things at a high level at the same time.
it's all about what you prioritize. If you are working 60+ hours a week you should be able to afford a home gym. Do a home workout 5 times a week for 45 minutes.
I've averaged 65+ hours a week but that included weekends, and I still had time to do other things.
Worked mon - fri 7 am - 6 pm plus weekends. After getting off work that's plenty of time to get a quick workout in.
The gym isn't something you need to be in there for hours and hours.
