Yep I got a 93’ Camry too and it got 143k, u gotta do a bunch of suspension work breh141k toyota camry.
Im starting to feel a vibration when i press the brake
Even tho Toyotas are rock solid in reliability even they parts start to wear over time.
Brake pulsation means u need a front brake job done, rotors and pads...relubricate calipers and all the other parts of the brakes
Any certain brand of rotors you recommend?
I buy all my parts off 1A Auto.com, never had a problem and they got free standard shipping
Ebay has some reputable brake/rotor sellers too, might wanna check them out if u tryna save bread
Get ceramic brake pads, that last a lot longer and cut down on the vibration
@Toyota What kind of motor oil do your put in your cars? Conventional Oil, regular Synthetic Blend, High Mileage Synthetic Blend, or Full Synthetic?
I just bought a 2004 Toyota Matrix with less than 94,000 miles for $1900 earlier this month & I wanna go all out with preventive maintenance to make sure I get over 300,000+ miles with this car. I'm leaning going with High Mileage synthetic blend.which ever it asks for, mine asks for synthetic blend

The owner's manual for my car doesn't specify using conventional or Synthetic oil.
You don't fucc with Valvoline Maxlife oil?
A short or a blown fuse somewhere in the lock mechanism. Shouldn’t be a hard fix, probably could do it yourself
@satam55 Maxlife is a decent oil but growing up All my pops used was Quaker State, he swears by it
only in the warmer months. I’ll be damned if ima crawl under my car or do any preventative maintenance when it’s snow on the ground & -15.
I had to change my power steering hose(emergency repair) and flush the whole system out in the middle of January . Never again
Winter makes a 1 hour job a 2-3 hour job
Is changing out the powersteering hose easy or nah? I did a powersteering fluid flush a week or 2 ago & the mechanic told me my powersteering hose was leaking. I held off replacing the hose because that mechanic is always trying to upsell me shyt.only in the warmer months. I’ll be damned if ima crawl under my car or do any preventative maintenance when it’s snow on the ground & -15.

Nah hard at all. It was just a bytch to get off two bolts where the hose meets the steering rack. I just had to let WD40 sit on it for a minute.
